An Evening of Experience through Food…

A Six Course Tasting Menu for 8 -12* Guests
(Includes a Hand-Passed Hors D’Oeuvre)

Think about the time you sat in or near the kitchen at your favorite restaurant…and chef would serve awe-inspiring, decadent plates…and more plates of super cool tastes, textures and flavors. You had no idea of what course was being served until Chef presented the course to you….we want to do this for you and your guests….in your home!!!!!

Chef Matthew will create a Food-Loving Experience, procuring fresh, seasonal ingredients for an evening with creative, culinary-inspired tasting courses designed with you in mind. It will be pretty food, luxurious food, chef-driven food and top-notch service.

You choose your experience….Do you want to know your menu before we arrive or it can be a total surprise until served. Your chef will engage with you and your guests to create “Art on a Plate”, course by course……at your table!

Your Evening:

We will arrive about 1.5 hours prior to guest arrival. We will need your kitchen… oven, stove, counter space and water.

We will provide dinner plates, cutlery, black linen napkins, a multi-purpose wineglass for the dinner table and water glassware.

*Waiter will not handle bar service. Please let us know if you would like for us to provide a bartender for the evening.

We will set your table, while your Chefs are in the kitchen preparing for service.

30 minutes prior to dinner service, we will provide

(01) Hand-Passed Hors D’Oeuvre

Guests will be invited to the table for dinner service

Wine will be poured, Courses will be served…leisurely….

Once dinner is served, we will clean up, head out and you can continue with your evening!

All you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy!!!!!

You will Provide:

Any/All Alcoholic Beverages, Mixers, Glassware, Ice, Bar Equipment, Table Linen or Placemats
